As an actuarial certificate client of Accurium, you will have an Accurium membership account. This membership account offers a number of benefits, including; the ability to order certificates, management of account users, access to the Retirement HealthCheck and the capability to download completed certificates and invoices.

To log in to your account you must enter your registered email address and selected password. The email address that is used to log in with will be prefilled onto your actuarial certificate application. However, if your email address has changed, perhaps due to a change in company name, it is important that this is updated in your account so that all future certificates are sent to the correct email address.

Updating your email address can be done in two different places.

If you are logging in to your Accurium account directly, and are not in the process of ordering an actuarial certificate, you will find yourself on the login homepage, as shown in the image below. Simply click on the ‘My account’ button in the bottom left corner, enter your new email address and click ‘Update’. You will be automatically logged out and will need to log in again using your new email address.
