When an entity is used to generate PSI there are some special PAYG withholding rules which need to be considered, especially if the PSI tests are failed. These rules are often overlooked and this can potentially trigger significant penalties. We work through this specific obligation, highlighting the different methods that can be used and key compliance traps.
