The last several years have seen a number of changes made to the operation of retirement phase pension accounts in an SMSF. With so many changes, it can be difficult to stay up to date with the various requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 

Join us as we review the operation of retirement phase pension interests in an SMSF. In this webinar we will look at the different retirement phase pension types available, when they start and stop, and the operation of these pensions in-between. 

In addition, how these pension interests influence the claiming of ECPI, and what will happen when the minimum standards are not met (especially on the back of recent updates) will also be addressed.
